Where the lead time comes from
The safe lead time adds the top of four windows. The quote takes 1 business day. The proof takes up to 2. Production takes the time in the table. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days to metro areas and 3 to 5 to regional areas. For screen printing that is 1 + 2 + 7 + 5 = 15 business days, or three weeks.
Remote addresses take 5 to 7 business days, so add two days. Standard turnaround costs less than rush, so the early order is also the cheaper one.
The four seasons of corporate printing
Christmas and the end of the year

The end of financial year
The financial year ends on 30 June. Teams refresh uniforms, restock onboarding packs, and buy merch from this year's budget. The next order-by date is Wednesday 9 June 2027. Reconciliation Week and NAIDOC Week sit either side of 30 June, so plan the three orders together.
Awareness days and weeks
Many awareness days have a colour. Harmony Week is orange. Wear It Purple Day is purple. R U OK? Day is yellow. A plain tee in the campaign colour with your own logo is the simplest order on the calendar. A one-colour logo keeps the price low.
Kick-offs, conferences, and fun runs
New starters and kick-off events arrive in February. Fun run season runs from August to October. These are team orders, so polos, tees, singlets, and caps go out together. One order can mix garments and print methods.
Two rules for seasonal artwork
- Campaign logos belong to the campaign. We print artwork you have the right to use. Get the organisation's approval before you print its name or logo, or print your own design in the campaign colour.
- License Indigenous artwork from the artist. For NAIDOC Week and Reconciliation Week, use artwork you have licensed from an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander artist.
