Why a bigger run costs less per shirt
Screen printing uses one screen for each ink colour. Each screen has a setup cost. That cost is charged once, then spread across the run. At 25 shirts the setup is a large part of each shirt's price. At 1,000 shirts it is a small part. Above 100 pieces, screen printing is substantially cheaper per piece than DTG printing.
Five ways to cut the price of a bulk Christmas order
- Print one design for everyone. One set of screens covers the whole run.
- Use one or two ink colours. Each colour adds a screen and a setup charge.
- Print one position. A front print costs less than a front, a back, and a sleeve.

The screen printing date allows 15 business days. That is 1 business day for the quote, up to 2 for the proof, up to 7 for printing, and up to 5 for delivery. Embroidery takes 7 to 10 business days, so allow 18.
December is our busiest month. Early orders get priority. Send a large order as early as you can, and tell us the delivery date in your first message.

We ship Australia-wide by tracked courier. List each address and the sizes for each one. Every site gets the same garment, the same print, and the same colours.
Storage and single parcels
WowPrints runs a fulfilment service from its Sydney warehouse. It stores stock, then picks, packs, and ships single parcels. Use it to post a gift to each staff member.
