Where can you print on a zip hoodie?

Left chest, right chest, sleeves, and the full back panel. The front zip splits large front prints, so we recommend chest placements on the front and hero artwork on the back. We confirm placements on your digital proof.

Can you embroider zip hoodies instead of printing?

Yes. Embroidery on the chest or sleeve is a popular choice for uniforms and workwear, and it pairs well with a printed back panel.

What sizes are available for zip hoodies?

We stock the full adult size run from XS through to larger sizes, with the same colours as the pullover Supply Hood. Confirm your size mix on the quote form.

How long does a zip hoodie order take?

It depends on the print method. DTG and Supacolor have no minimum, so you can order as few as 1 shirt. Screen printing starts at 25 pieces. Dye sublimation and all-over printing start at 50 pieces.

Which print method is best for my order?

It depends on your quantity, design complexity, and budget. Screen printing is best for large runs (25+) with limited colours. DTG is ideal for small runs or photo-quality designs. Supacolor works for fast turnaround and versatile fabrics.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and high-resolution JPG files. Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) produce the best results for screen printing. For DTG, high-resolution PNG at 300dpi is ideal.

Can you print on garments I supply?

Yes, we can print on customer-supplied garments. Please contact us first to confirm the garments are suitable for your chosen print method.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is quoted with your order. It depends on your location and the size of the order. Express shipping is available.

How long does delivery take?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from artwork approval. Express 24-hour turnaround is available for Supacolor transfers. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship to all Australian states and territories. Metro areas typically receive orders within 2–3 business days. Regional and remote areas may take up to 5 business days.

What is your returns policy?

Custom-printed garments are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. If we make a mistake, we'll reprint your order at no cost.
