We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and high-resolution JPG files. Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) produce the best results for screen printing. For DTG, high-resolution PNG at 300dpi is ideal.

Can you print on garments I supply?

Yes, we can print on customer-supplied garments. Please contact us first to confirm the garments are suitable for your chosen print method.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping starts from $9.95 depending on location and order size. Express shipping is available at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from artwork approval. Express 24-hour turnaround is available for Supacolor transfers. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
