These terms of service govern your use of the WowPrints website and our custom printing services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed upon order placement.

Artwork and Design

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for printing. WowPrints is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

We offer free design assistance but cannot guarantee specific design outcomes. All designs must be approved via digital proof before printing begins.

Production and Turnaround

Standard production turnaround is 5-7 business days from artwork approval. Express options may be available for an additional fee. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume.

Payment

Payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and bank transfer.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of every print. If your order contains a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved proof, we will reprint the affected items at no cost.

Limitation of Liability

WowPrints' liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
