We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney production facility. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping from $9.95
- Express shipping available at checkout for an additional fee
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch (after production is complete):
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 2-3 business days
- Regional areas: 3-5 business days
- Remote areas: 5-7 business days
Express shipping typically delivers within 1-2 business days to metro areas.
Production Turnaround
Standard production turnaround is 5-7 business days from artwork approval. Express 24-hour production is available for Supacolor transfers.
Total time from order to delivery = production time + shipping time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if the package appears damaged on arrival, please contact us at info@wowprints.com.au and we'll investigate immediately.
