G’day! Thanks for choosing WowPrints for your custom apparel. We take great pride in creating quality, personalised gear just for you. As every item is made to order, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds.

Our Promise to You

We want you to be absolutely stoked with your order. We stand by the quality of our workmanship and the products we use.

Change of Mind & Sizing

Because every item is customised specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes situations where you have:

Ordered the incorrect size.
Chosen the wrong colour or garment style.
Changed your mind about the design after approving the proof.

To help you get it right the first time, we strongly encourage you to:

Check our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Double-check your design proof for any spelling errors, typos, or design issues before you give us the go-ahead.

Your Consumer Rights Under Australian Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees an line with Australian Consumer Law.

What if There’s a Problem with Your Order?

If you believe your item has a fault or doesn’t meet a consumer guarantee, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

How to Lodge a Claim:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Email us at info@wowprints.com.au
In your email, please include:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the fault. This helps us resolve the issue for you much faster!

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your claim, our team will carefully review it.

If a major fault is confirmed, we will happily offer you the choice of a full refund or a reprint of your item at no extra cost.
If the issue is a minor fault, we will offer to reprint the corrected item for you and send it out as a priority.

Garments Supplied by You

When applicable, while we take all due care with customer-supplied garments, we cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur during the customisation process. Different materials can react unpredictably to the heat and pressure of our printing methods. By supplying your own garments, you accept this risk.
