Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This policy explains our approach to returns and refunds for custom printed products.

Custom Products

As all products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of every print.

Manufacturing Defects

If your order contains a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved digital proof, we will:

  • Reprint the affected items at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund for the affected items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the issue.

Incorrect Orders

If we send the wrong items, wrong sizes, or wrong quantities, we will correct the order at our expense. Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your delivery.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products, then contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue:

  1. Email us at info@wowprints.com.au with your order number
  2. Include photographs clearly showing the issue
  3. We'll review and respond within 1 business day

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
